Andrew Glisson is the Founder & Managing Partner of Neighborhood Revival, a private real estate investment firm operating a scattered-site portfolio of single-family and small multifamily properties in Houston and Memphis. Neighborhood Revival’s strategy centers on repositioning distressed assets for long-term value, a hands-on approach that has led Andrew, as a licensed general contractor, to personally oversee 125+ renovations. Starting with $3 million in capital, he has grown the firm’s holdings to approximately $25 million in real estate assets. He has also held and managed properties in Indianapolis, expanding his market expertise before successfully exiting those investments.
In addition to his real estate work, Andrew is a Director at WTW, where he delivers risk management and insurance solutions to clients in the oil & gas and real estate sectors. Prior to joining WTW, Andrew was among the first team members in the Houston office of London-based JLT, where he helped spearhead the firm’s U.S. expansion before its $5.6 billion acquisition by Marsh in 2019.
Andrew is also a Partner in LPS, Memphis’s largest short-term rental property management company, which also manages long-term rentals. In addition to property management, LPS provides commercial cleaning and handyman services across the region and is projected to host over 10,000 guests in 2025.
Andrew also leads Victory Strategy, a private members-only community of 150 real estate entrepreneurs, where he shares proven systems, strategies, and operational insights for building profitable, scalable real estate portfolios.
