The cash flow profile of MIP Capital Partners BTR Fund III will be enhanced, and its overall risk will be reduced, through a real estate private credit cash management strategy.
The financial benefits of this lending strategy, which include interest income and origination fees, will accrue to the Limited Partners in BTR Fund III.
The loans that BTR Fund III will be making will be fully asset-backed and secured by high-quality single-family houses in the Memphis MSA.

The loans are being made to Memphis Investment Properties, which has successfully executed over 6,000 renovations.
Investors in MIP Capital Partners BTR Fund III will derive the benefits of a diversified portfolio of 36 individually selected Class A new construction houses located in three growing suburban markets, and the cash flow enhancing and risk-reducing benefits of our real estate private credit strategy.
